What this website is

These pages describe the services Armored Power Systems offers and explain how backup power, energy and electrical work is typically done in North Texas. The content is general information. It is not engineering advice, a code interpretation, or a substitute for a licensed electrician evaluating your specific property. Electrical systems and fuel-burning equipment are dangerous when handled without the right training, tools and permits.

Accuracy of content

We work to keep this site accurate and current. Equipment specifications, manufacturer programs, codes, permitting requirements and availability all change, and pages may be out of date between updates. Estimates, proposals and pricing

Nothing on this website is a binding quote or an offer to contract. Maintenance plan prices shown on the maintenance plans page are the published rates at the time of writing and may change; the plan that applies to you, its coverage and its terms are confirmed before you enroll.

Installation, repair and electrical pricing depends on the property. A price becomes real only in a written proposal we prepare after assessing the site, and it becomes binding only when that proposal is accepted in writing by both parties, subject to the conditions it contains. Submitting a form on this site does not create a contract or reserve a schedule slot.

No warranty through this website

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Warranties on equipment are provided by the manufacturer under its own terms. Any warranty covering work we perform is set out in the written agreement for that work. Nothing on this website creates, extends or modifies a warranty.
